Maine Moose Watching Our moose watching tours run in the morning and evening daily, based on moose habitat, via van and canoe. Your tour will include fascinating facts about Maine wildlife, Maine moose and the Maine outdoors-and the chance to capture the perfect Maine moose photo, search for moose, deer, beaver, hare, loons, eagles and more! The excitement of seeing the majestic Maine moose in person is not to be missed, and a wonderful family or group activity.

Swiftwater Rescue Course Take a swiftwater rescue course with Northeast Guide Service; the only Maine whitewater rafting company with swiftwater rescue trained staff and Level IV instructor. Recognition and avoidance of common river hazards, execution of self-rescue, rescue vests application, swimming strainers, entrapment, and pins are discussed, and scenarios are practiced.

Our Registered Maine Whitewater Rafting Guide Training is the best in the state, structured around the instruction of technical strokes, maneuvers, river knowledge, river safety and group leadership achieved through on-the-water whitewater skills, which prepares you better than any other guide training program to pass the State of Maine written exam. Our Registered Maine Guide Trainer’s will help you gain the confidence you need to earn the title of Registered Maine Whitewater Rafting Guide.

Scouts & Summer Camp Leadership Skills Come on a whitewater rafting day trip or multi-day rafting, whitewater canoe, and kayaking overnight trip.
