Work includes the remodelling of Northampton Castle Railway Station, creation of the new North Gate Bus Station and a raft of commercial developments.

A huge amount of regeneration is taking place under the banner of Northampton Alive and more is planned.

Ransome RoadThis project will see former industrial landto the south of the university developmentbrought back into use for the creation of 800 high-quality homes.

Skatepark at Radlands PlazaRadlands Plaza skatepark opened in July2012 and further facilities including a refreshment kiosk and toilets were added in summer 2013.
