• To facilitate effective communication between organisations and the

Enable solutions through collaborative working
Develop a forum for communication between individuals and organisations
Share ideas and experiences
Share patient experiences, innovation, data, clinical and technological advances
Outcomes
• Each of us leaves today with more knowledge and
information than we arrived with
• A sustainable and relevant model for effective
communication within and outside the locality
• We will provide a write up of the event, particularly the
agreed/identified actions
