James Snidero, 79, of 62Marvin Ave., Brewster, died Feb.17 in La Palta, Md.
Born in Italy on July 5,1897, hewas the son of the late Mr. andMrs. Battista Snidero. Educatedin Italy, he was a retired generalcontractor who had also been amember of the Italian-AmericanClub of Brewster, the Knights ofColumbus of Brewster, the Brew-ster Fire Department and St.Lawrence O'Toole Church.
He is survived by a son, MircoSnidero of Camp Spring, Md.; adaughter, Anita Snidero of Brew-ster; a brother Peter Snidero ofItaly, and a sister, Mrs. AngelinaNonino of Italy, five grandchildr-en and several nieces andnephews.

Farmers and fishermen mayhave to file their Federal incometax return and pay tax due byTuesday, March 1, the InternalRevenue Service said today.
Farmers and fishermen whodid not file a declaration olestimated Federal Individualincome tax by January 17 shouldfile their 1976 tax return and payall tax due by March 1 to avoid apenalty, according to the IRS.
By definition fanners andfishermen are those persons whoearned at least two-thirds of their1976 gross income from farmingor fishing.
