With deadlines, goals, and dates to keep,There’s barely any time to sleep.Just twenty-three more days to go.We’d better hurry. Ho Ho Ho!

then went to visit Santa,to sit upon his knee.

I waited in a long linefor an hour or so,

His eyes were kind of sad,and he looked a bit dejected.

When I asked why, he said,

“I feel rejected!No one ever wonders what I want this season.

I don’t understand it,there’s got to be a reason.”

We held a special meeting,and came up with a letter.

Sent a copy out to everyone we knew.

Then passed the word and told a friend, too.


Took up a collection.Went from door to door.

When people heard the story,they wanted to give more!

Bought the strongest fabric.Had a new bag made.

Addressed it to the North Pole, mailed it post paid!

Dear Diary,

It came so fast, I can’t believe.But it’s already Christmas Eve!And all the North Pole jobs got doneBecause of help from everyone.


The reindeer, elves, and Mrs., too,I’m grateful for the things they do.My Chief of Staff does quite a job.And so does my mechanic, Bob.

So, when I’m in the sleigh tonight,I know my spirits will be bright.For thanks to all the folks up here,The whole world will have Christmas cheer.
