FasTracks Status• West Line first FasTracks line to open

• Denver Union Station – 89% complete

• East Line/Gold Line/NW Rail Segment One – 50% complete

• US 36 BRT – under construction, bus service begins 2016

• I-225 Line – under construction, opens 2016

• Free MetroRide (formerly the Circulator) to open this summer

• Continue to implement $5 billion across the region

• Economic driver for the region

– $2.6 billion spent and injected into the local economy since 2005

– 600 construction jobs during West Rail Line construction

– 2,500 direct and indirect jobs during Eagle P3 construction

• Pursue any possible funding alternatives to complete FasTracks sooner rather than later

• RTD is committed to completing the whole FasTracks program

• Complete all work in a safe manner to protect the construction workers and the public.

• Complete all or a portion of North Metro Rail Line beyond the previously announced terminus at 72nd Ave.

• Integrate within the Commuter Rail Network currently underway on Eagle Project.

• Comply fully with the Record of Decision.
