NCDA&CS has secured 24(c) labeling for the products listed below which contain 2,4-D or dicamba and are intended to be used in conjunction with 2,4-D or dicamba tolerant crops (cotton & soybeans). The 24(c) labels require specific mandatory training and establish a 10 mph wind speed restriction when applied to tolerant crops.
When using these products, applicators must have in their possession a copy of the 24(c) labeling for the product being applied. Applicators must also have in their possession complete container labeling as well as any supplemental labeling pertinent to the application. Applicators are responsible for obtaining all necessary labeling and for adhering to all of the directions, restrictions, and precautions found on the labeling.

Applicators should survey the surrounding area and consult sensitive crop registries, if available, before making an application of Engenia.
Use extreme care when applying Engenia to prevent injury to desirable plants. Engeina may cause injury to desirable plants (particularly beans, cotton, fruit trees, grapes, ornamentals, peas, potato, soybean, sunflower, tobacco, sweet potato, peanut, fruiting vegetables (such as tomato, pepper, eggplant, others), and cucurbit vegetables (such as cantaloupe, cucumber, pumpkin, squash, watermelon, others)) and other broadleaf plants when contacting their roots, stems, or foliage.
