Registration Procedures for Senior Trips Payment: Please note that each trip has a Payment due at the time of registration. If you register for a trip and decide not to go before the Due by Date, we will grant you a full refund. If you withdraw after the Due by Date a full refund may not be available. Please let us know so we can remove your name from the list and give someone else an opportunity to attend.

Refund/Credits: Please plan your trips carefully. Should you need to withdraw after the Due by date, we are unable to give refunds or credits for trips unless we can replace you with someone from the waiting list. Participants on scholarship who need to withdraw will have their scholarship allocation reduced by the amount of the trip fee. We understand that emergencies do occur, and we will determine refunds/credits in such situations on a case-by-case basis.

Waiting Lists: If the trip you wish to sign up for is full, please put your name on the waiting list as spots occasionally become available. Home Pick-up/Transportation to North Bellevue: On certain trips we have home pick-up available for Bellevue residents. Please advise staff when registering that you would like home pick-up. Please try to arrange alternative transportation such as ACCESS or carpooling whenever possible.

Accessibility: Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome, but please advise staff when registering. People using wheelchairs or walkers should be independent and/or bring along a companion/assistant.

Family/Friends Children: All trips are open to family and friends. We encourage multigenerational participation, so you are welcome to invite your children and grandchildren to come along. However, before inviting children, please check the suitability of the trip, as not all excursions are appropriate for children.

Printing schedules in advance of trips means some of the final details may change or be adjusted as we get closer to the date of the trip. We appreciate your patience and understanding should times or dates change after printing. A reminder call will be made in the days prior to the trip to communicate any changes and take requests for home pick-up.

Round-trip transportation for all trips is provided from the North Bellevue Community Center. If you can’t get to the Community Center, or just want to leave your car at home, round-trip home pick-up is available by request to Bellevue residents.

Red Lobster offers menu favorites like lobster and shrimp linguini, calamari, or salmon Caesar salad. Or try the dish that was invented by Red Lobster, Popcorn Shrimp. You’ll climb 73 stories in a matter of seconds, until you reach the Sky View Observatory, where you’ll find the perfect panorama to begin your Seattle experience. Survey the city’s skyscrapers, residential neighborhoods, shipping port and sports stadiums, then look beyond to the mountains, the sea and the sky. Experience the Grand Parade, live entertainment, and traditional German dancing including the Maipole Dance. Stroll through the Bavarian Village of Flowers, visit Art in the Park, all the great shops and restaurants and tap your toes to oompa music! (Please bring money for lunch and shopping).

Black Diamond Bakery & Restaurant Date: Wednesday, May 15th Time: 11 am – 3 pm Payment Due at Registration Cost: $16 Resident $18 Non-Resident Due-By Date: May 9th Welcome to the historic Black Diamond Bakery the bakery became famous after many years of baking bread in our old brick oven built by its founder in 1902. In 1989 a small deli was added to the bakery it took off with remarkable success all the sandwiches are made from bread baked every morning right here. (Please bring money for food).

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the incredible marine wildlife that live in the scenic San Juan Islands on our Whale Watching Adventure cruise. Join us as we look for Orca whales, bald eagles, seals, porpoises, sea lions, Humpback whales, Minke whales and more, as the captain tells you about the history, wildlife and geology of the area. We are part of a local whale spotting network, which helps us find whales and other local wildlife on each and every trip. You’re about to walk into a memory. Soaring 520 feet skyward. The city, really, truly at your feet. Step up. Step out. Step beyond your comfort zone. And experience wonder on a higher level. Seattle’s “must see” is now a “must do” following the Space Needle’s multi-million-dollar renovation. Glide onto The Loupe, the world’s first and only rotating glass floor, for never-before-seen views of the structure and the city. Lean into our Skyrise’s, the tilting glass walls on the open-air deck, and float over Seattle on one of the 24 angled vantage points. Sip and sample the Pacific Northwest’s best while savoring the thrilling views. (The centerpiece of Chihuly Garden and Glass is the Glasshouse.
