At a time when our organization was in great need, Kelsey demonstrated extraordinary flexibility. Not only did she perform any tasks that were asked of her without complaint, but she also completed them with excellence. During her time at NBCA Kelsey gained valuable experience in a variety of positions. When a need arose for someone to tutor our international students in a myriad of subjects Kelsey rose to the challenge. She not only was able to master the material, but she was able to effectively motivate some challenging students. Kelsey also took on the bulk of the work in preparing our Elementary students for their annual Christmas Production. She consistently went above and beyond what was required of her to ensure that the students would be prepared for the event. Not only does Kelsey display an exceptional work ethic, but she does it while still genuinely caring about the well-being of others. Time and time again, I have personally witnessed her willingness to put the needs of others before her own. She has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to graciously encourage others to improve, a characteristic that is the hallmark of an effective leader. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Kelsey Ghirardo for your program or organization. It is rare to find
