RMCP’s new manufacturing facility located in Pendleton, OR is the most advanced computerized PVC conduit and duct plant in the county. Utilizing our new “RMCP Enterprise” operating software, we are able to control and monitor raw material purchases, production scheduling and verify processing parameters. A multitude of additional features include our sales and shipping portals which provide forecasts, lead times, and shipping schedules. COR-TEK™ PVC Conduit & Duct Product Features

It’s no wonder installers prefer using COR-TEK™ by Rocky Mountain Colby Pipe. Our PVC conduit and duct products are up to 25% lighter, making it easier for installers to manage product on the job site and in the trenches. COR-TEK™ is also more flexible and easier to bend during installation which further reduces labor time. Our smooth, glossy interior and exterior surface finish provides ease and efficiency in installing fittings and for cable pulling, reducing damage to wire and cable during installation. COR-TEK™ PVC conduit and duct products are available in a wide range of sizes for a variety of different applications. A full line of Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 products, meet or exceed UL 651 and NEMA TC 2 specifications. They are rated for 90 degree C cable. Our DB-120 product line meets or exceeds ASTM F512, F1488, NEMA TC 6 and TC 8 specifications.

Product Testing

One such certified test is our Field Bend Test. This test shows how using three, twenty foot pieces of 6” schedule 40, COR-TEK™ conduit, cemented together, can achieve a 90 degree bend in a 20 foot radius. This allows for easier installation and cannot be matched by our competition.
