The promotional offer templates in the Co-Marketing Center are designed to drive in market IBM Express solutions and promotions in the US and Canada.

More flexible templates. Business Partner can customize multiple areas, leverage IBM’s content or create their own and add their own images, headlines and content.

Business Partners can order up to TWO customized templates within the quarterly offering period. For each of the two customized templates, IBM will pay to print and mail from 250 to 2,000 mail pieces to your contacts using the promotion code provided the in that quarter’s IBM Express Seller Flash newsletter!

• Company Profile is based on Company Name, Address from PPS• Complete your CMC Create and Design profile by uploading your company Logo.• Uploaded Business Partner Logo will be pre-populated into Customable templates

From the CMC Home page …

Select Administration > Business Partner Maintenance > Business Partner Logo Upload

Upload Logo file.

File types accepted: jpg, tif, gif, png, pdf, or eps

Resolution must be AT LEAST 300 dpi.

Width to height aspect ratio of 2 to 1. (ex. 2" by 1")



Create & Design

• Access the Express Seller Template by selecting the following:• Create & Design – Campaigns – Express Seller


• You are now presented with the available Express Seller Postcard.• Click ‘Customize’ to begin modification of your deliverable.

• Click on the large image if you would like to modify it.• Pop-up gives you the options to ‘Modify Existing Image’ or ‘Insert a New Image’

• Click Title Area to modify this field.• Pop-up gives you the option to select pre-populated content or insert your own.

• Click Sub-Title Area to modify this field.• Pop-up gives you the option to select pre-populated content or insert your own.

• Enter up to 5 e-mail addresses, a Subject Line, and click ‘Send E-mail’ to forward your Postcard.

Print Delivery options:1) Download the PDF print file for local printing 2) Email the final asset to colleagues for review3) Order Printed asset through your regional printer, and choose Direct

Click through the menus to choose your print deliver options, select your lists (if applicable), make bulk quantity selections and schedule shipments
