Interact requested that a Rotary member or two go to the meetings. Carl will plan to be there. • International Committee: Shawn will work on press release on what club is doing. She will prepare an article on Linnea’s roof and painting project. Final touches are being done on Guatamala grant. • Social Committee: Heidi reported that we will have a club social with appetizers and cash bar at Norsk Clubhouse, May 5 th for family and friends, cash bar. • Community Grant: Due Date will be determined. Please let candidates know that this is coming up. We budgeted $7000 to give out. Mark Bohl will head up the committee. • Action Item… Vaughn Pakkala was nominated as President Elect Elect. Peggy moved, Jim B. seconded… approved unanimously. Golf outing will be Friday, May 20 th . We’ll market to other clubs who will be coming to the District Conference, which is that weekend. District Conference will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday May 20 th to 22 nd .
