From the South East and London, the M11, A11, A12 and A14 are the major trunk roads.The A14, A11 and A47 are the principal routes for traffic from the Midlands and North. By Rail The average journey time from London Liverpool Street to Norwich is 1 hr 50 mins, and from London King’s Cross to King’s Lynn takes around 1 hr 40mins. Change at Peterborough for services from the Midlands, North and Scotland. Local services connect Norwich to Great Yarmouth, Cromer and Sheringham. Norfolk Broads The Norfolk Broads is the UK’s largest nationally-protected wetland and a member of the National Park family. It’s a vitally important area for wildlife, where you will find the reclusive Bittern and the elegant Swallowtail butterfly. Seaside Fun There are fun filled resorts dotted all around the Norfolk coastline from Hunstanton in the west to Great Yamouth in the east with Sheringham and Cromer in between.
