Nordic walking

Nordic walking was invented in Finland in the 20 century. Cross-country skiers have used it for training in the summer.

Nordic walking is better for the body than ordinary walking, because it uses the muscles of the whole body. The muscles of the chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders and abs are also stimulated differently than in the normal march. They get bigger and stronger than when walking or jogging.

Joging nordic walking

It is important to practice by everyone - regardless of age, condition or fat. Nordic walking can be enjoyed both by the sea, in the forest, park or in the mountains - all year round. It is good to start practicing Nordic walking with an instructor, who will teach proper technique march and help find the right sticks.

The poles are the only accessories Nordic Walking, are inexpensive.

The length of the stick = 68 (beginner) or 72 (advanced) x height a person (cm)
