Cabling of extra arm rest equipment

The wires for the extra equipment is concealed as shown on the 1. illustration. To gain access to the interior the side panel needs to be loosened. There are four screws, two under the panel, and two on the backside of the panel (shown with red arrows. The hand wheel needs also to be removed. The wire is put through the column top and down to the ped-2. estal. Remember to leave enough wire so that the rise/lower and swivel of the chair is secured. If the chair is capable of 360° you need to make sure the anti 3. swivel bolt is in place before mounting new equipment, to pre-vent tear of cables while turning.

Changing the foot rests behavior

The foot rest on your NorSap 2000 chair is shipped originally with the option to not follow the turn/swivel of the seat.

Adjustments of wires and triggers

The wires going from the handles on each side of the chair may need adjustment after some use. This is done by adjusting the tightening nut shown on the image below. Do not tighten the wire too much, leave some play for the wire, approximately 1-1,5 mm.

To gain access to the handles you need to remove the side cover, counting 4 screws to be loosened.

Remove the front cover Release the two bolts and slide the foot rest down to the topmost holes.

Remount the bolts. Release the two bolts holding the foot rest to the swivel plate and lift the whole foot rest in place.

Place the foot rest between the swivel plate and use two countersunk screws to mount it in the seat frame. Turn the chair so that you can access the holes through the locking hole in the swivel plate.

Place the spare part as shown on the image.

Adding the Basic deck rail release on your NorSap 2000 chair.

Place the wire through the designated hole in the seat frame (the chair top is hidden due to visualization) and use a strip and the designated holes to fasten the wire. Remember to leave some play for the wire and not tighten it too much.

The handle for the deck rail release is placed on the inside of your chosen armrest cover. The arm rest cover has two holes where you may mount the deck rail release handle.

The wire needs soft corners, if its bent too much the wire will be destroyed. The wire is placed as shown on the image, in a curl.

Place the chair on the wagon of the basic deck rail - use a piece of cardboard for protective measures when tilting the chair to gain access to the wire end.

Place the wire as shown on the illustration.

Plasser stolen i nederste posisjon og plasser utløser i henholde til modell (se bakside)

Place the chair in the lower position and mount the release according to chair model (shown on the backside)

Plasser stolen på vognen - bruk gjerne noe papp som beskyttelse når du tilter stolen for å få tilgang til kabel enden.

Place the chair on the wagon of the basic deck rail - use a piece of carboard for protective measures when tilting the chair to gain access to the wire end.

Plasser vaieren som vist på illustrasjonen.

Place the wire as shown on the illustration.

Løsne rattene på siden helt, og skyv seterammen bakover til du får tilgang til foringen i midten. Pass på å ikke dytte stolrammen helt av toppen.

Remove the hand wheels on the side compleatly and push the seatframe backwards until you gain access to the center of the column. Do not push the seat top all the way o.

Place the wire throug the designated hole in the seatframe (the chairtop is hidden due to visualiation) and use a strip and the designated holes to fasten the wire. Remember to leave some play for the wire and not tighten it too much.

Vaieren må ha myke bøyer, blir den for krapp, vil den bli ødelagt. Vaieren legges i en sløyfe i søylen som vist på tegningen.

The wire needs soft corners, if its bendt too much the wire will be destroyed. The wire is placed as shown on the image, in a curl.
