NOORA ETIQUETTE

When should I arrive for my treatment?We recommended that your arrival at the NOORA Spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other spa guests.

What if I need to cancel my treatments?We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. Because your spa appointments are reserved especially for you, please let us know of any change to your schedule at last 4 hours before your treatment time; otherwise a charge equal to 50% of your treatment fee will apply.

What should I wear?When coming to the spa, please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. A robe and slippers will be provided for you.

May I bring my valuables?It is recommended that they are not brought with you, as all jewelry needs to be removed prior to spa treatments. No responsibility will be taken by the spa for any loss of valuables.

What if I have special health considerations?Please notify us if you are pregnant, or if you have any concerns regarding your health or body. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your spa treatments.

May I bring my child to The Spa? Children must be supervised. We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for everyone’s comfort and privacy, no children under 9 are allowed in the Spa (all treatment rooms).

May I use my cell phone while in The Spa? Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, please turn off your mobile phone, pagers, and handheld devices. Also, smoking is not allowed.

What about payment for spa services?All prices are quoted in Thai baht and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% applicable government tax. Prices are subject to charge without prior notice.
