Do you find yourself hav-ing to adapt to change in your industry as never before? Are your employees struggling with change? We’re here to help.

2014: Adapt to Change

This phrase seems to be a recurrent theme from all of

you in 2014. I am getting requests from business owners, government and organizational leaders, educators, and career changers who seek help adapting to change in their fields. These requests are mirrored in requests from their employees, students and parents, the un-employed, self-employed, retirees, and the workforce in general. We are here to help you from youth workshops, through career development and into retirement enrichment.

Non-Credit Programs in Auxiliary Services is striving to address your challenges, as a result of these requests. Southeastern Louisiana University’s new non-credit classes are designed to meet the needs of changes in workforce devel-opment, job change, school reform, and social and personal growth awareness.

the field, we can build a non-credit class to suit your needs. Throughout Southeastern’s three locations, we can meet your geographic needs, including bringing the class to your workplace. Here is an example of our ability to design courses to suit your needs. One of our non-credit instruc-tors, Allanaugh Sewell, is also an instructor in the Department of Computer Science and Industrial Technology. She successfully and painlessly trained St. Tammany Parish Clerks of Court on changes in the new Microsoft Word 2013 updates. She was hailed for her flexibility in adapting train-ing for new and seasoned users of Microsoft Excel for Regina Coelie Child Development Center. These development courses were offered on our beautiful campus in Hammond with state of the art computer labs, as well as onsite at busi-ness training rooms.

I look forward to helping you with any of your non-credit needs. 2014 is the year to accept your personal and business challenges, and embrace change!
