NomCom members are expected to:

1. Assist NomCom Chair between May and September in seeking suitable candidates in the elections for:– 6 AdCom Members-at-Large every year,– President-Elect every odd year,– 3 Vice Presidents every even year;

2. Attend in person NomCom Annual Meeting every fall to select the final slate of candidates for that year’s elections by secret ballot;

3. Assist as necessary the NomCom Chair and PELS staff every November in conducting the elections;

4. Accept to serve for 3 years.
