Projects not yet completed will not be considered. • Quality and degree of difficulty of the project

• Degree to which the project serves as an example of excellence in historic preservation and influences others

JUDGESJUDGESJUDGESJUDGES Landmarks Illinois invites a jury of preservation experts to review nominations for the Driehaus Preservation Awards. Although the composition of the jury changes each year, Landmarks Illinois strives to achieve balanced representation from various professional preservation disciplines throughout the state.

� A typed statement, no longer than 500 words, describing the project being nominated.

� If the nomination is for an individual, please submit a one-page biography

� At least two letters of recommendation � A copy of any publications, including newspaper clippings, related to the nomination

� On a disk or jump drivedisk or jump drivedisk or jump drivedisk or jump drive please provide: � A digital copy of the nomination packet including the signed Nomination Form and all supplemental

materials listed above � “Before” and “After” floor plans for building projects, if possible � “Before” and “After” photographs documenting the project:

• Photos should clearly relate to the narrative and demonstrate positive results

• Include a descriptive label, caption, and credit line for publication with all photos

• Photos should be submitted as 10-20 high-quality digital images (300dpi resolution) • Nominations for group or organizational efforts should include a photo of the nominees and the

specific project(s) for which the individual or group is being nominated.
