ProjectA development of 19 units, comprising fourteen 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses and six 1-bedroom flats, with on-site parking, in a highly sustainable location close to a wide range of services and amenities. The site, which was formerly occupied by Knightstone Housing Association’s offices, is in an established residential area close to the town centre and sea front.
The development was designed with private space to both front and rear of the homes. This perimeter layout continues the building lines of the neighbouring properties, completing and enhancing the street frontage.
The project has been recognised with an award from Weston Civic Society for imaginative and attractive design of a social housing development.
