Step 1 — Battery

Press down on the back of thephone with your thumb. Then slidethe back plate upward toward the topof the phone.

Lift the back plate off the phone.

Step 2

To release the battery, press the two tabs that are located directly above the battery towards thetop of the phone at the same time.

Step 3

Lift the battery out of the phone.

Note: Upon reassembly of the phone refer to second picture. The bottom of the battery with threesquare openings should line up with the prongs sticking out of the phone.

Step 4 — Cover Plate

Use finger nails of your thumbs to gently pull apart the face plate.

While the face plate is pulled apart, use index fingers to pull inner case towards you.

Separate faceplate and inner case.

Step 5 — Keypad

Gently peel up the edge of plastickeypad from the inside of thefaceplate to remove.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
