“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than

by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

Mark Twain

To deliver a world-class hospitality experience, driven by superior strategic marketing, proven leadership and

extraordinary guest service ultimately providing the maximum financial return to owners and investors.

Page 6: Noble House e-Booklet 2013

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is unwavering in its dedication to creating and managing unique, quality

properties that both reflect and make a profound contribution to their communities by staying true to

the local history, culture and environment.

Each is chosen as much for its feel as for its financial potential. And, although each resort’s physical aspects are captivating, the full experience would not be complete without passionate front-line personnel, who are guided and inspired by the talent

and expertise of the Noble House corporate team.

This collective knowledge, which covers everything from food and beverage to revenue management, and

renovation to meeting services, leads to optimization of every section of the property. And it’s evaluated along the way by the intangible, yet universally understood Noble House cultural benchmark. As a result of this meticulous objective and subjective attention to detail, each property meets the consistent, high standards of the Noble House legacy. And in turn, this unique collection continues to successfully penetrate the most challenging markets, and increase in value, both in the eyes of the consumer and in

the hospitality and real estate sectors.

In 1981, the company entered the hotel business when it purchased an office block in Dallas that included the historic Hotel Adolphus. Unable to find new management for the hotel and eager to create a different approach to the hotel industry, Westgroup made its first step to assuming a management and operational role in the hospitality sector.

The transition became official and complete in September 1994, when Westgroup Partners changed its name to Noble House Hotels & Resorts to focus exclusively on hotel and resort management and ownership.

Today, the Noble House hospitality portfolio encompasses 17 independent properties across the United States, covering each of the corners of the Country, and occupying some of the most coveted real estate in the Nation. Each property is in harmony with the local culture and environment,

and many of the acquisitions undergo limited to extensive renovations to enhance and restore differentiating qualities. Corporate offices are in Kirkland, Washington.

Nearly every aspect of the management processis overseen in-house, by an executive and implementation team that is intimately familiar with the individual (spa, restaurant, guest services, etc.) sections of operations, as well as the overall Noble House brand. This hands-on approach ensures accountability and leads to a rare and thorough understanding of each property.

Noble House continually strives to create and manage quality projects with proven business methods, strategic insight and innovation, and without extravagance. The company is committed to a philosophy of controlled growth, acquiring three to five properties per year.

Westgroup Partners, formerly the Pacific Seaboard Group, was founded in September 1979 by Pat Colee to develop and manage commercial properties,

specifically undervalued real estate.

such as analyzing prospective investments, project management and oversight, co-founding Noble House Purchasing, and managing property insurance claim losses, to name a few. In his current position, he is responsible for formulating and regulating all of the company’s capital spending in addition to the oversight of all construction; from initial due diligence to design coordination and permitting through construction to final occupancy and turnover to the hotel operations team.
