On 13th September’2017, a Field Day on Cauliflower-Marycom(977) has been organised. The

Tilapali Village under Bargarh is a predominantly a Cauliflower variety of a competitive company stronghold

for sometime. Farmers here keep this company & its products in high esteem due to its Strong Product

Quality & performance. Around 25-28 Kgs other competitive Company’s variety is sold in this Village and

around with no other company’s Seeds sold..

But Opportunity came knocking to Noble Seeds by way of Germ complain in a few lots of above company’s

product, which infuriated the Farmers and we got some plots as a re-sowing opportunity.

it's not just about being authentic, showing integrity and humility.

If you want to be a great leader then you need to have great leadership qualities such as authenticity, integrity, humility, etc., and you need to deliver.

At the end of the day, great leadership is all about getting results.

That doesn't mean the end justifies the means, but it does mean that if you don't deliver it's probably going to have a negative impact on your career.

Here are some thoughts on achieving results, why they are important, what you need to think about to achieve them, and also what you need to do to help them become a habit.

Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results, not attributes. Peter Drucker

You don't get any medal for trying something, you get medals for results. Bill Parcells

Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success. Shiv Khera

You don't get results by focusing on results. You get results by focusing on the actions that produce results. Mike Hawkins

Most businesses think that product is the most important thing, but without great leadership, mission and a team that delivers results at a high level, even the best product won't make a company successful. Robert Kiyosaki

Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence, and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire teammates and customers. Robin S. Sharma

Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results. Willie Nelson

A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, and it sparks extraordinary results. Wade Boggs

The achievements of an organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual. Vince Lombardi

However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results. Unknown

Self-discipline is an act of cultivation. It requires you to connect today's actions to tomorrow's results. There's a season for sowing a season for reaping. Self-discipline helps you know which is which. Gary Ryan Blair

All action results from thought, so it is thoughts that matter. Sai Baba

The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success. Bruce Feirstein

Creativity is putting your imagination to work, and it's produced the most extraordinary results in human culture. Ken Robinson

I've always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come. Michael Jordan

Big results require big ambitions. Heraclitus

if you want to be remembered as a great leader then you need to deliver results. You need to make sure you get yourteams into the right mindset and build belief, you need them to take action, and then you need to recognize theirefforts to make your success sustainable.

Actions speak louder than words

I was at a breakfast meeting the other day. FourPeople around a small table on the outdoor deck of a nicehotel, right on the beach, one of the women brought twoboxes of avocado toast from the caf."For us to share," she said.My first thought was, "How are we going to share avocadotoast in those boxes?"The man we were meeting with started talking about hisventure, and as I was listening I noticed the woman tearingthe lids and sides off the boxes. When she was done, the untouched slices of avocado toastedsat on a bed of cardboard, out in the open for us to share.I immediately chalked her up as being a smart person, andsomeone I would enjoy working with.WHETHER WE REALIZE IT OR NOT, OUR ACTIONS SAY MUCHMORE ABOUT US THAN WORDS DO.We judge each other based off the way we act, not the waywe say we act.Keeping this in mind, here are 12 little things that showpeople you're intelligent--without you having to say it.1. SHOWING UP ON TIME.The most simple indicator of all.If you are late, you are disrespectful. It doesn't matter thecircumstance--unless the other party is luckily in the sameboat (both of you enduring the same traffic). But still, it'salways best to be the one on time.Rule of thumb: if you're not early, you're late.2. DRESSING APPROPRIATELY.Some people say, "It's always better to be overdressed."I disagree.Being overdressed is the same issue as being underdressed, except you're probably a lot less comfortable. But they stillhighlight the same issue: you didn't do enough due diligenceto figure out what would be appropriate to wear.Take the time to understand where you're going and whatthe expectation is.That way, you'll present yourself in the best light possible.3. REMEMBERING THE LITTLE THINGS."The true secret of happiness lies in taking a genuineinterest in all the details of daily life." - William MorrisIf you can recall the small stuff, people will think fondly ofyou forever.Something as simple as, "I got you black, no cream, because Iremember you telling me you didn't drink dairy," can turnsomeone into your best friend. And that's because listening shows you care.4. HOLDING THE DOOR OPEN.When I was growing up and walking beside my mother, everydoor we would approach she would stand in front of andwait. She would wait for me to open it for her.I love that she taught me that.Such a small act, with any human being, shows yourwillingness to put others before yourself.5. THE ART ON YOUR WALLS.Ever walk into an office, or someone's home and think,"Wow, this person must be fascinating."How you keep your space shows others what speaks to you. What motivates you. What interests you, and what youbelieve is worth looking at on a daily basis.Choose things that give depth to your character.

6. YOUR SHOES.This isn't about buying what's most expensive, or what'strendy.Your style of shoes say a lot about you, as a person. They areone of the few things a person can wear that is clearlyrepresentative of their personality. For example, someonecould be wearing old jeans and a t-shirt, but with nice shoes, you immediately classify them as someone who is deliberate.Your shoes say a lot about you.7. WHEN YOU TAKE NOTES.The most obvious example happens with a restaurant server. An unintelligent restaurant server will try to impress you bynot taking out their notepad to jot down your order. Anintelligent server will realize they have far more to lose thanthey do to gain by taking this risk, and will make notes asneeded. The same goes for just about anything in life. Why risk yourfriend's pickup order? Why risk your boss's coffee request? Why risk losing your business partner's ideas from themeeting?Taking notes shows you would rather things get done, anddone right.8. THE STATE OF YOUR DESKTOP.How vulnerable do you feel showing someone your desktop? If there are files everywhere, that's a clear sign you'redisorganized and out of sorts. But imagine someone looking at a clean, well-organizeddesktop with a handful of clearly labeled folders. What sort of conclusion would they draw about you?9. SPENDING MONEY WISELY.I'm all for enjoying yourself, but how you spend your money isa very clear reflection of your values as a person.Who you spend it on.Where and when. This can say a lot about you--whether you always realize it ornot.10. HOW YOU INVEST YOUR TIME.The activities you call your own are arguably the mostpowerful indicator to your priorities as a person.Do you spend your time working on yourself? Or do yousquander it trying to remain distracted from the things thattruly matter? We are all a reflection of how we invest our time.11. THE FOODS YOU EAT.Your body is your temple. What you eat and how you prioritize taking care of yourselfsays more about you than you might realize. It shows whatmatters to you (instant gratification or long-term health). Itshows discipline, consistency. And it speaks volumes about therelationship you have with yourself. You are what you eat.12. YOUR CIRCLE OF FRIENDS."You are the reflection of the five people you spend the mosttime with."Who we associate with speaks volumes about our outlook onlife, our beliefs, our goals, and what we find most important inlife. If you want to meet the right people, hang around the rightpeople. And if you want to improve yourself, spend time with peoplewho value self-improvement.
