God had said. One week after the rain stopped, Noah let

a dove out to see if there was any

dry land.

God made a rainbow and promised Noah that He would never destroy

the earth with a flood again. The rainbow

would always remind God of this.

4.The dove finally came back with an olive branch. This

meant they could leave the ark now. Noah came out and built an altar to pray and thank God for saving his family. The olive branch is a sign of a new peace

between God and man.
