Ultra-Low NOx Emissions
Utilizes non-symmetrical
design in order to use
internal flue gas
recirculation, staged fuel,
and staged air. NOx
reduction methods reduce
the flame temperature
resulting in lower NOx
emissions.

Compact Design and Flame Shape Since the burner is small and only
has one tip, the gas fired from one
burner is farther away from
adjacent burners when compared
to conventional staged fuel
burners with tips around the
periphery of the burner tile. This
significantly reduces the
probability of a flame cloud.

Precise Air Control with Bearings & Gears
For combustion to work
properly, the correct amount of
combustion air must be supplied
to each burner. Therefore, it is
recommended to use calibrated
opposed blade dampers
connected together with gears.
For smooth precise movement,
the damper shafts are
supported by bearings.
