Leadership: The ability to lead and provide guidance to others.

What falls under Leadership?Definition: The state or position of being a leader

What falls under leadership?Volunteer at a local Builders Club or K Kids and show members what it means to grow as a leader in the Kiwanis family.

Caring

Caring: Displaying kindness and concern for others.

What falls under Caring?*Caring for Critters: Take a group of any age to a humane animal shelter to volunteer and play with the animals

Inclusiveness

Inclusiveness: Including others.

What falls under Inclusiveness?The buddy system: take a younger kid that is usually picked on and take him under your wing and teach him to be a better person.9

Citizenship: The character of an individual viewed as a member of society.

What falls under Citizenship?Go out with a group of volunteers and clean up the side of the road ,emphasizing in making your community better11

Sportsmanship: Sportsmanlike conduct, as fairness, courtesy, being a cheerful loser.

Three Steps To Success

2. Promote3. Become*Educate: Ensure that all Key Club members are aware of the large service organization they constitute, as well as what it stands for. By helping Key Clubbers understand the meaning of Key Club membership, character will be built and leadership developed. Each member will appreciate and uphold the objects of Key Club International.

*Promote: Demonstrate the objects of Key Club international through service, encouraging character growth of the youth in homes, schools, and communities. Key Club members will discover the servant leader within themselves by performing acts of service in their communities.

*Become: Key Clubbers today will uncover the superheroes of tomorrow by actively illustrating the values and objects of Key Club International. Caring and competent service leaders will carry out the mission of serving the children of the world.
