Eligibility criteria

1.Essential Criteria • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma~ Business

Administration or MBA (healthcare) or Master of Health Administration or Master of Public Health.

•At least 5 years' experience rn the

administration of large public sector

programs or At least 3 year experience in the administration of public health care

programs.

2. Preferable Criteria. • MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BSMS/BNYS/

B.Sc Nursing/ other medical-paramedical

graduation with essential criteria.

1.Essential Criteria • M.Sc. Statistics or M.Sc. in Maths &

Computing/ B. Tech rn Data Science/ Master of Public Health / Master of Health Administration

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in health care programs or 5 years of

experience in large public sector programs. 2.Desirable Criteria •Experience in health insurance sector.

•Experience with managing and analysing administrative datasets and producing data

reports/ dashboards will be added advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in setting up and managing database/IT systems and

journalism/ communication design from a reputed and recognized University /Institution with Minimum 5 years of professional work experience at state or national levels in advocacy, information and communication related to social development, preferably in the field of health insurance.

• Computer proficiency/ experience with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Web surfing to search relevant data & documents.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local language.

2.Preferable Criteria • Preferable with skills in graphic designing and

video editing. • Experience in Media Production and Website

health, health financing, health insurance, or other relevant disciplines.

6. Competency Assessment Test with 60 multiple choice questions will be conducted for 90 (ninety) marks each question carry 1.5 marks and pass mark will be 50% of the total marks. Test will be of 1 Hour Candidates who clear the Competency Assessment Test will be called for final interview /Viva voice test, which will be conducted for 10 (ten) marks.

7. Final selection of the candidates for the posts will done based on merit i.e. marks obtained in the Competency Assessment Test plus marks obtained in the final interview/viva voce cumulatively.

8. The date, time, venue & othei; details of the written Competency Assessment Test will be published in NHM website (http://tripuranrhm.gov.in/) in due course of time.

9. Successful candidate of Preliminary Competency Assessment Test will be called for interview. The date, time, venue & other details of the interview will be published in NHM website (http://tripuranrhm.gov.in/) in due course of time.

10.No communication will be made through issuing call letter or publishing in the local dailies further during the next procedure of written Competency Assessment Test and the interview, except NHM website (http://tripuranrhm.gov.in/).

11.Final selection will be done by the Interview Board for the post applied for, based on Merit List and

maintenance of 100 point roster preferably.

12. The number of post(s) may increase / decrease or whole process may be cancelled at any time before or after interview.

13. In Case of experienced candidates 'No Objection Certificate (NOC)' from current employers must be attached along with the application form.

14. No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the Competency Assessment Test or interview.
