The Schools Division Office of Bulacan will conduct another recruitment procedure, evaluation, selection and hiring of qualified teacher I applicants at the elementary level to come up with a Supplementary RQA to fill up the teacher items for SY 2018 - 2019. The procedure to be conducted shall be in accordance to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 7 s. 2015 and DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2015 entitled Hiring Guidelines for Teacher I Positions and Hiring Guidelines for the Remaining Teaching Positions respectively. 2. The schedule of the hiring process and the composition of the Selection Committee are indicated in Enclosure No. 1. 3. The applicants shall submit to the School Selection Committee a written application and required documents found in Enclosure No.2. (Omnibus Certification of Authenticity and Verification of Documents). Those applicants in the previous RQA need to re-apply by submitting a letter of intent but need not take the EPT. While those who wish to update their scores from the recent ranking can submit additional credentials, EPT, undergo interview and demo-teaching. 4. The Division Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) certified and signed by the Division Selection Committee and approved by the Schools Division Superintendent is the only official list to be used as basis for hiring and placement of teacher-applicants. 5. Applicants from private schools and other higher educational institutions shall submit their clearances and certification of employment prior to hiring and deployment. 6. Waivers of next-in-rank qualified applicants who forego an assignment in particular schools shall be submitted to the office concerned except when localization law (R.A. 8190) is applied. 7. The composition of the Selection Committee and their functions is indicated in Enclosure No. 2. 8. After implementing DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015 and still, there are needs for teachers to fill in vacancies, DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2015 shall apply. 9. 1. The Schools Division Office of Bulacan will conduct another recruitment procedure, evaluation,selection and hiring of qualified teacher I applicants at the elementary level to come up with aSupplementary RQA to fill up the teacher items for SY 2018 - 2019. THE IDRING AND SELECTION COMMITTEES

Functions:1. Receives applications, verify and certify completeness, veracity and accuracy and

authenticity of documents.2. Issues acknowledgement receipt of submitted documents with checklist3. SSCs shall accept all applications. If required documents are incomplete or invalid notify the

applicant to facilitate proper submission of documents.4. Regardless of being incomplete (ex. No rating for demo/interview etc.), all applications shall

still be forwarded to the Division Selection Committee.5. SSC posts in conspicuous places vacancies, hiring procedure and the official RQA to be

determined and released by the Division Selection Committee.6. Documents copies are then to be compiled / bound with table of contents and proper

pagination to leave a copy in the Office of the School Head for records/reference purposes.

Communicates results/score obtained of each applicant signed by the committee chair6. Secure lists of LGU funded/volunteer teachers if there maybe, from the concerned LGU

Offices.7. Ensures that LGU funded/ volunteer teacher applicants go through the application process as

provided for in these guidelines.8. Submits complete results of evaluation of applicants including pertinent records of

deliberation to the Schools Division Superintendent for approval.
