NL1019 is a versatile heavy duty air hose for mining, construction, and other industrial applications up to 400psi (however most fittings and clamping methods do not permit such operating pressures). It can also be used as a heavy duty washdown hose on docks or in mills. Our NL1019 is made from higher grade compounds as compared to other more economical yellow air hoses on the mar-ket, its cover provides good handling integrity and grip while resisting standard abrasion, weathering, and gouging. Its tube is resistant to heat and moderate oil mist (RMA Class C petroleum based mist, do not use this hose with vegetable oil or mineral oil). Popular assemblies are listed below. Our Yellow (highly visible, MSHA approved) Mine Spray is typically used in underground mines as a water spray hose in dust control applications. It is also used on continuous mining machinery at the headface and on other mechanical mining machinery. Its cover is resistant to flames, oil, and abrasion. This hose is typically sold in larger, special order quantities for long runs, for short lengths refer to other high pressure air/water/hydraulic hoses. GSINL1600 ~ heaVy Duty msha miNe sPray

This is a high quality, green covered washdown hose commonly seen in pulp & paper mills, industrial plants or other washdown applications where a “built-on” rubber tapered nozzle is preferred. It is a lightweight, flexible, kink resistant hose that is easy to work with. The green cover (is not manufactured with FDA compliant compounds) is resistant to heat and regular abrasion. The NL2270 is a lighter wall hose rated for 150 psi and the NL2275 is a more robust hose rated for 300 psi. Each length comes complete with a built-on tapered nozzle and replacement ends are listed below. It is also available without a built-on nozzle (NL2255 Green) on special request, but most users simply use the NL1010 or NL1019 Yellow Air hose when an integral built-on nozzle is not required.Temperature Range: -320C (-250F) to +930C (2000F)Construction: Tube: Black SBR rubber blend.
