Deep Belly Breathing “Brownies in the Oven”
1. We're going to pretend to take the brownies out of the oven...
2. And now, smell their deliciousness! Be sure you can feel it all the way down to your belly... feel/watch it rise when you breathe in!
3. Now, cool down the brownies so you can eat them... by blowing air out!
