SUSTAINABILITY

Weight: Developed and built on Nissan’s global V-platform, the Nissan MICRA is light, which allows for the use

of smaller, more fuel-efficient engines. Weight reduction is further achieved by the redesigned exhaust system

and the boomerang groove roof.

Engine: A first for Nissan is the new 1.2ℓ 3 cylinder engine. The compact and lightweight engine achieves

maximum torque at low speeds as a result of higher air intake. This engine manages to reach superior noise

and vibration performance, this is done by a number of curve and the cone shaped parts and using an

unbalanced structure of Fly wheel and Crank pulley.

Emmisions g/km: The combination of the light weight

platform and a selection of compact engines allow for low

CO2 emmisions (from 124g/km)* and low fuel economy

(from 5.2ℓ/100km)*. Making the Nissan MICRA easy on your
