was launched in February 2004 and completion was February 2005. but the

project was successfully completed in December 2004 , at record time of

10 months .

Second project “NIRANJA NECTAR”, 2 bedroom

luxury apartments at belekahalli, off banerghatta

road ,bangalore-560076, consisting of 48 flats of

50000 sft complex at cost of about Rs.400 lakhs

,completed during 2006.
