A: Use a damp sponge to wipe the motor head clean. Do not immerse the motor head in water or any

other liquid! All other components are top-rack dishwasher-safe. Use extreme caution when cleaning

and handling the blade. Always store it in a safe area.

Q: The food is unevenly chopped. What’s the problem?

A: Either you are chopping too much food at one time, or the pieces are not small enough. Try cutting

the food into evenly sized smaller pieces and process smaller amounts per batch.

Q: It won’t make snow from ice. Why not?

A: Your ice has probably started to melt. For best results, you must use solid ice straight from the

freezer.

Q: It is chopping my food too fine, or my food is turning too watery. What is wrong?

A: The food has been over-processed. Use briefer pulses or process for a shorter length of time. Let the

blades stop completely between pulses.

Q: Food is collecting on the lid, sides of the bowl, or on the splash guard. Why?

A: You may be processing too much food. Turn the machine off. When the blades stop rotating, remove

the power head and the splash guard. Remove some of the food being processed.

Q: Is there a fill line for the amount of food that can be placed in the pitcher and chopper?

A: Yes. There are gradient marks on the pitcher.

Q: Can you make baby food in the Ninja Storm?

A: Sure. It can puree food to any desired consistency.

Q: Are you able to grate cheese in the Storm?

A: Absolutely. The Ninja Storm is perfect for grating a variety of cheeses.

Q: Does it have a pour spout for serving?

A: Yes.

Q: Are the blades rust-proof?

A: Yes. The blades are made with a high-quality stainless steel that is rust-proof and dishwasher-safe.

Q: Do you have to add any liquid to the Master Prep Storm before you blend?

A: No. Different ingredients will blend at different consistencies.

Q: How does it make ice cream?

A: Use frozen ingredients as called for in the recipe. Pulse several times until well-blended. The less

liquid you add, the thicker the ice cream will be.
