• No matter who, should have equal access to technology

• To become productive citizens

• Buying goods on Internet is common

• Goods sold legally/illegally

• Informed about problem

• Effective consumers in new digital economy

• Rules online (ethics of technology in society)

• Stealing, damaging others work, identity property (hacking, illegal download, etc.)
