Procurement Technician (Vehicle Coordinator) 04/21/2014 – 05/9/15 Maintain inventory list of all vehicles assigned to divisions for Staten Island, Jamaica Bay, & Sandy Hook. Collect utilization data from field – mileage, fuel consumption amount, and fuel cost per gallon by the 1st of every

month. Review data for errors and enter utilization data by the 9th of every month. Maintain fleet files for new fiscal years for Interior owned vehicles. DI-105 forms are signed out with any new fleet card

and filed in property office binder. Submit requests for fleet cards to North East Region, issue statements to field, review incoming statements, track

returns of statements. Motor Vehicle Accident folders made when MVA occurs, checklists made, and correspondence with person(s) involved

for quotes, and maintenance of vehicles. All receipts collected and filed, as well as documented. Tracking of all GSA incoming AIE reports to verify billing. Ensure I have receipt/invoice for every instance. Reminders

sent to divisions for oil changes and logged into PM Express. Primary holder for updating EZPass accounts, obtaining/returning tags. EZP file maintenance. Ensures badge returns and pickups are recorded and signed for. Badges kept in safe.

Submit requests & order from Central Supply Inventory Management System (CSIMS), distribute, track, & maintain office records.

Accept PIV cards from terminated employees, issue DI-105 when accepting cards, keep log & documentation in safe. Corresponds with GSA POC for all GSA related field & office needs/issues. Contact FSR’s or AMC/MCC for assistance when necessary regarding vehicle maintenance. Track & pay Fed Ex invoices Pay & report Konica Minolta copier usage. Sort mail, electronic postage, re-fill & record postage usage, log in deliveries and have them signed for by employees. Creates purchase requests in FBMS for NPNH.
