Champagne de Castelnau Champagne de Castelnau, founded in 1916, is located in the heart of Reims and will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year. Their grape growers own more than 900 hectares of vineyards across some of the best terroirs of Champagne in 149 different crus. Their f lagship wine, Champagne de Castelnau Brut Réserve NV, spends an unusually long time on its lees before disgorgement, twice longer than most other quality NV Champagnes. This extra aging ensures a depth of f lavor and complexity to the wine that is admired and rewarded by connoisseurs and specialists alike. It won Trophy for Best NV Champagne at the IWSC 2013 and most recently Gold at the Sommelier Wine Awards 2015.

Linton Park WinesLinton Park is an estate in Wellington, South Africa, that embodies that conundrum of old and new. It dates back to the 17th century, when it was bought by Louis Fourie, a French businessman of the time. Wine production is limited and everything is done by hand; from harvesting to mixing the skins with the fermenting juice in the cellar. The Linton Park Rhino range was created to draw attention to the endangered rhino in South Africa. Linton Park supports a local rhino conservation charity, giving a Rand for every bottle sold and donating to the cause each year on national Rhino Day.
