2. Nicholls Premium Travel Club incentive promotion is not available to Local Authority or Public Sector customers.

3. Nicholls reserve the right to alter or amend the details of the Nicholls Premium Travel Club incentive promotion.

4. Nicholls accept no responsibility for any tax liability arising from customer participation in the Nicholls Premium Travel Club incentive promotion.

5. Only goods invoiced between 1st February 2013 and 31st January 2014 will be considered towards the targets.

6. Cash sales, named and submitted, within the same month will be considered towards your target.

7. Your John Nicholls credit account must be fully paid and up to date in line with your agreed payment terms. Should there be any overdue balances, we reserve the right to withhold the incentive until the overdue balance is cleared

8. Any claims arising will be verified against our computer records and settled on that basis.

9. No monetary equivalent will be offered.
