DELUXE IN ALL WAYS
STRUCTURE : RCC framed structure with open
foundations
SUPER : With Red bricks in CM 1:6
STRUCTURE proportions Exposed
walls 9 thick and all other interior
walls 4 1/2 thick
PLASTERING : Plastering in cement mortar
FLOORING : Marbleslabs in main hall, dinning
hall and tiles in all other rooms.
PAINTING : Interior emulsions for interior walls
over wall care putty, and exterior
emulsion for outer walls. Enamel
paints for wood work with makku.
Main door and window will be
polished. All other doors andwindows painted.
DOORS : Main door with teak wood frame and
shutter , other doors with teak wood
frame and flush shutters
WINDOWS : All windows with teak frame and
shutters with 4mm thick glass and
safety grills.
TOILETS : 6' height glazed tiles for the walls

PLUMBING : CPVC water lines with hot
and cold mixer sets for
two toilets, ARK or
equivalent brand fittings.
KITCHEN : Semi modular kitchen with granite
platform and 2' ht wall tiles
CUB BOARDS : RCC shelves limited to 300 sq ft
and NUWUD shutters.
FALSE CEILING : POP false ceiling for hall anddining.
ELECTRICAL : Three phase wiring, Concealed
copper wiring, Light, fan, tube light
, bed lamp and power plugs in all
rooms. AC points for two bed
rooms. Telephone point in hall and
master bed room. TV point in hall
and master bed room. Mixi, oven
and grinder points in the kitchen
LIFT : 6 passenger Johnson or
equivalent.
GENERATOR : Generator will be provided for lift
and common lighting and 4 points
in each flat
PARKING : Cement concrete flooring will be
provided
INTERCOM : Intercom and internet wiring will be
given

SalesTax, (VAT) Extra as
