The National HIV/AIDS Community Mobilization Campaign was designed to promote HIV testing and the use of rapid HIV testing technologies. The Campaign design was multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral applying a variety of mediums and venues to promote DHHS policies and programs related to HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment.
