Streamline workfl ow by rapidly quantifying and qualifying fragments for NGS

During NGS library preparati on, initi al DNA samples may be fragmented/sheared, tailed, ligated, size selected, captured, released, and/or amplifi ed. Accurate quanti fi cati on and qualifi cati on of DNA at crucial quality control checkpoints during NGS library constructi on to ensure successful sequencing. Conventi onal fragment analysis with lab-on-chip methods generates bott lenecks for high-throughput NGS environments.

Hundreds of NGS laboratories have adopted a bett er quality control strategy. The Fragment Analyzer Automated CE System provides NGS labs with a variable throughput method, enabling dozens to thousands of samples to be analyzed per day. The Fragment Analyzer used in conjuncti on with the DNF-473 Standard Sensiti vity NGS Fragment Analysis Kit and the DNF-474 High Sensiti vity NGS Fragment Analysis Kit provides confi dent sizing and quanti fi cati on data for all short-read sequencing NGS libraries.
