Citation preview
TC info-pack May 27 8 June 2015
Romania
That is the power of a good story. It can encourage you, it
can make you laugh, it can bring you joy. It will make you
think, it will tap into your hidden emotions, and it can
make you cry. The power of a story can also bring about
healing, give you peace, and change your life!"
The third edition of NGOs
Communication Camp will have
the main focus on CREATIVITY
as the ingredient of
successful communication
campaigns.
Also, we will experiment how
through BRAINSTORMING methods
you can form creative teams,
create the strategy for
personal BRANDING development
& we will look at NETWORKING
as tool to increase the
credibility of an
organisation.
We will focus on creating CSR
projects and see how to
cooperate with public bodies
and private companies.
To inform 32 youngsters (youth leaders, specialists in
communication departments, project managers) regarding the
methods to activate the creativity of their teams, how to get
the best results during brainstorming, but also how to design
digital stories, how to create their own brand and to make
efficient networking.
To develop the http://ngocommunicationcamp.weebly.com/ with
new non-formal methods, tools and best practices from non-profit
organizations around Europe.
To develop new skills, abilities and competences for 32
youngsters in the field of branding, creative writing, valuable
content, digital instruments and platforms.
To increase the visibility of Erasmus+ programme and the
projects funded through it.

The TC will take place at Perla Complex in Puleti, Check out
the site http://perla.vrsgrup.ro/
Located 7 km from the city of Ploiesti, and 63 km away from
Bucharest. The complex features a restaurant with three rooms
totaling a capacity of 300 seats ideal for events, covered
terraces, hostel, conference hall, swimming pools for children
and adults, sports ground, shops and seasonal items strictly
necessary, spaces for children and many others inside or near
the complex.
The participants will arrive in Bucharest Henri Coand
airport or North Train Station and we will establish a meeting
point from where we will travel with a rented bus to Puleti.
The accomodation will be in shared rooms 2/3 persons in one
room, in an international mix. All the rooms have their own
bathroom. Some rooms have a double bed, but you will have
separate blankets and pillows.
:Accommodation
For each of the programme countries involved the reimbursement that we can
cover 100% is 275 EURO for Programme countries, and 360 EURO for Ireland.
When setting these limits we have also taken into consideration the
expenses related to the rental of the bus from Bucharest and back.
These amounts will be reimbursed at the end of the training course into the
partner organisation bank account and after distributed to the participants
taking into consideration the invoices and boarding passes in original sent
by the participants via post. In this case we will make bank transfers
after 3-4 weeks from the implementation dates.
Another condition to reimburse the amount is that each participant will
fill as they return home the Mobility Tool survey.
The necessary documents for reimbursements will be:
Invoice from the airline company/tourism agency
Boarding passes
Tickets
Payment confirmation
There is no FEE perceived by the host organisation for this training
course.
