My Sunshine Shoppe is a DIY crafts and fashion boutique, located in Bismarck, North Dakota. Their website is run on
the Volusion platform and they have been a Nextopia customer since June 2014.

Before implementing Nextopia’s Site Search software, My Sunshine Shoppe had just opened a new facility, which
provided them with a square footage expansion of over 300%. This new facility allowed My Sunshine Shoppe to
offer their customers a more robust product lineup.
It was after this expansion that My Sunshine Shoppe noticed they were experiencing a high number of shoppers
turning to the search box and performing a search in order to find the product they desired. While they were
seeing a high number of searches, the majority of these searches were not leading to sale. They were seeing a low
conversion.
It was then that My Sunshine Shoppe began to research different search providers. They decided to implement
