If/when it is required by 3rd party vendors, the patient name stored in the NextGen database will be submitted with a code indicating this is the Legal name.     Purpose The NextGen EHR Meaningful User Reports Guide assists you in learning the setup and inner workings of the Meaningful Use Reports. This guide helps you achieve better results using NextGen EHR application.

    Audience This guide is for the NextGen EHR System Administrators.

    Who is a System Administrator? A System Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the system is set up properly and that all pertinent components, including hardware, runs properly. The System Administrator is also the person responsible for ensuring that the application contains all the correct and necessary information so that a day in the office runs smoothly.
