Symptoms of the problem (click on the relevant line)

No display on the unitThe machine has frozen up

The oxygen consumption is too high.

The machine switches on but nothing happens even if you override manually.The right hand pressure gauge is below 2.5 bars.

The right hand pressure gauge is above 2.5 bars

The pressure on the right hand pressure gauge does not reach 2.5 bars

The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge remains at 0.

The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge is above 2 bars.

The Norton tube (noodle) on the equipment outlet disconnects constantly.

The equipment will not run in automatic mode.

The equipment does not work and the machine is displaying an error code.

Completely unscrew the regulator, carry out a manual override in order to remove any impurities, then reset the pressure to 2.5 bars.

If the problem persists, the doser module is defective. Contact our after-sales service.

It is very important to remove the diffuser from the tank and to disconnect it as soon as it is no longer in use.

The machine has lost its calibration value; to check it disconnect and reconnect the device. The first screen that appears will indicate the calibration value. If this value is 0, you will need to reprogramme it.

Programming the calibration value requires you to open the device.

Otherwise, the solenoid valve or the solenoid valve coil is defective.
