HOW TO APPLY, SELECTION PROCESS• CEO or CHRO of the sponsor organization should

nominate a maximum of two candidates

• Sponsor organization must present a case for eachcandidate. This should include experience till date,planned career next steps, immediate challenges anddevelopment needs of the candidate

• Sponsor organization must also share a charter ofa real, high priority, project which the nominatedcandidates will work on

Prof VasanthiOrganizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management Chairperson, Alumni Relations

Vasanthi Srinivasan is Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management and the Chairperson, Alumni Relations.

She was the ICCR Chair Professor of Corporate Responsibility and Governance at the HHL School of Management, Leipzig, Germany in 2012-2013. Her areas of interest are women in management and Boards, generational diversity, HRM in rapid growth organizations and ethics and HRM in healthcare in India.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Fellow in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Prior to joining IIMB, she worked at Wipro Limited and The P&P Group, a Bangalore- based boutique consulting firm. She was a British Council Visiting Scholar at the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Nottingham University Business School. As a HRM faculty, she has been involved in several research and consulting projects with the industry.

Vasanthi is currently on the board of the NHRD Network, Bangalore Chapter; a member of the India Leadership Team of Globethics.net and is also on the Board of Directors of “Enable India”, “Svaraj” and “Fourth Wave Foundation”. She runs a website www,teachcsr.com, which is intended to enable faculty in business schools to mainstream teaching corporate responsibility. She has several Publications in both International and national Journals.

Anandorup GhosePartner & Rewards Consulting Practice Lead, Aon Hewitt S. Asia

Anandorup leads the Performance & Rewards Consulting Practice for Aon Hewitt in South Asia. Prior to this role, Anandorup headed different parts of Aon Hewitt’s compensation business for South Asia, with a primary focus on the executive performance, compensation and governance service line.

Anandorup’s consulting work has primarily focused on supporting clients build stronger performance cultures in their organization through multi-year professionalization engagements. He has anchored complex change initiatives involving restructuring and transformation. He has worked on manager coaching, manpower planning, performance system enhancements, upgrading compensation and reward systems as well as governance structures.

He has worked extensively in defining executive performance and compensation structures for leading companies in India and other parts of Middle East and Asia. As a part of his client engagements, Anandorup also is an appointed Remuneration Committee advisor for a range of technology and financial services companies in India. Some of Anandorup’s clients include conglomerates such as the Tata Group, Aditya Birla Group, Bharti Group, Mahindra, RPG, JSW Group, Hinduja Group, Jubilant Bhartia Group etc. He also works extensively with HR teams and boards of companies such as Infosys, Genpact, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, WNS, Syntel.

He regularly speaks on compensation at forums like FICCI, SHRM, CII, NHRD etc. and writes regularly on HR topics in print and digital media platforms such as Business Today, Forbes, People Matters, Business Insider, Huffington Post etc.

Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Anandorup worked with ICICI Bank in India in its international banking strategy team. He has also worked with Ernst & Young in its transaction advisory services business.
