WORK EXPERIENCE THE BREAD BASKET MORNINGSIDE, SANDTON October 2014 – March 2015 Tile: General Manager / On the Job trainer Duties: • Implementing new menu from Famous Brands and training all staff BOH

& FOH • Ordering off all stock, receiving date and labeling and FIFO • Stock rotation and all buying. • Maintaining supplier base to take advantage of specials and

preferential pricing, as well as pushing for discounts and free promotional stock, as well as in store promotions and activations.
