Great Wolf Lodge has a room reserved for you!The double ocflrpancy room is large enough for your chil-dren or grandchildren to join you. Four water park passesare available with each room.

When you check iry you need to provide the hotelwith a major credit card for any incidentals you may incur.Check-in time is on Thursday, Octobet 6, after 4:00 pm.Check-out time is 11:00 am Sunday, October 9. You mustcheck out before leaving for Kansas Speedway on Sundaymorning.

Please remember all hotel rooms are smoke-free.

Lottery staff Thursday, October 5, at7:00 pm at Great WolfLodge in the Northwest Territory conference room. You willreceive your race tickets, weekend itinerary and lots ofhelpful information. You must have a government issuedphoto ID with you.

The Thursday evening meeting provides importantinformation you will need for the weekend, and all win-ners are encouraged to attend. However, we understandconflicts arise. If you are unable to attend, contact LisaHecker in the Kansas Lottery Marketing Department at785-296-6307.

We're Off to The Races!Tips for an enjoyable race weekend:.Transportation is available between Great Wolf Lodge

and Kansas Speedway. If you prefer, you may drive yourvehicle to the Speedway. General parking is free on a firstcome, first serve basis.

.Your government issued photo ID must be readily avail-able at all times.

. Kansas Speedway is a very large venue. You'll be climb-ing stairs to get to the grandstand seats, and lots of walk-ing is involved. The hospitality tent is U2 mile from thegrandstand seats. Bring your walking shoes! If you oryour guest have physical limitations, please contactLisa Hecker in the Kansas Lottery Marketing Depart-ment as soon as possible so we may make otheraccommodations. . Once you arrive at Kansas Speedway, if you decide thewalking and the stairs are more difficult than you hadanticipated/ you may visit Ticket Booth B and inquireabout ADA seating. If ADA seats are still available, youmay have the option of exchanging your grandstand seatsfor ADA seats.

'Each guest is permitted to enter Kansas Speedway withone soft-sided bag/cooler, at a maximum size of 1,4x74x14.Examples: a soft-sided cooler, a purse/ a diaper bag, or afanny pack.

' If you bring a camera, scanner, or binoculars in a bag,this bag counts as your one bag. Keep in mind that bin-oculars, scanners, headsets, and cameras not in a bagwill be permitted if worn separately over the neck or onyour belt. All bags and items are subject to inspection.

. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

. Grandstand seats are located in Section 209, withinRows 34-41and Seats 1-18.

. FanWaIk tickets are included in your Kansas Lottery prizepackage. FanWalk tours permit limited access to the infieldand Autograph Alley. Open-toed shoes are not permitted.

. Smoking is prohibited in the hospitality tent and thegrandstand seats. You may smoke in designated areas only.

. You are welcome to exit and re-enter Kansas Speedwaythroughout the weekend. As you leave, ask the gate atten-dant for a Pass Out Ticket. When you refurn, present youroriginal admission ticket and the Pass Out Ticket to thegate attendant for re-entry.

. Don't lose your tickets! Replacement tickets are not avail-able. Kansas Lottery and Kansas Speedway are not respon-sible for lost or stolen tickets.

. If the event is postponed, the ticket for that postponedevent will be honored on the date the event is held, as deter-mined by Kansas Speedway.

. If the event is postponed or cancelled, Kansas Lottery is notresponsible for any additional expenses including, but notlimited to, hotel, food, and transportation.

. Each ticket holder agrees to observe all rules, regulations,and policies that pertain to use of Kansas Speedway tickets,seats, and attendance.

One booth is in the cor-porate display area near the main entrance, and the otherbooth is inside the Speedway between the grandstand andFan Walk entrance, just outside Hospitality Village.
