The groundbreaking for the building took place on

October 15th where waitlisted members voted on the color of the exterior

of the building. The construc on of the

building is going extremely well. We’ll

con nue to update you on the development through

this newsle er, but we encourage you to a end the interested persons’

mee ng in December. This will be an opportunity to learn about co‐op living

and make some decisions about the décor of the

common areas. We can’t wait to meet you and for

you to get to know us!
