Since a lot of years and following the acquisition

of Fours Delot technologies, Maguin has a know-

how and a strong experience in the !eld of lime

kilns.

This know-how which has come from history is

constantly evolving and we guarantee to o#er

the latter at the highest level to our clients.

Our Russian customer Kristall - Kirsanov decided

at the end of 2016 to take the common challenge

that started more than one year ago (with a

contract for a complete washing line, slicing and

di#usion) by ordering a double lime kiln and its

auxiliary facilities for this new plant.

Two novelties for Maguin in that same contract,

a double lime kiln and the !rst project in Russia!

With these two successes encountered, the

upstream plant and the lilme kilns, it is the

entirety of technologies and equipment of

Maguin which will be present at our client’s

facility with a commissioning foreseen in 2021.

In December 2016, Maguin Interis signed a contract with MBWS for the supply of a complete line for the production of

alcohol and DDGS, including milling, liquefaction, fermentation, distilliation, decantation and concentration of vinasses,

drying and pelletisation of DDGS. The facility will be able to process corn, rye and wheat.

The installation is scheduled to start by the end of 2017.

MBWS will thus control the entire production chain and control the costs and quality of the raw alcohol feeding their

rectifying units for the production of vodka (Brands: Sobieski, Krupnik....).

This investiment of € 20 million for MBWS is in line

with the MBWS strategic plan ‘BIG 2018’, for which

Maguin will have participated greatly since, mid-year

2016, a #rst contract to modernize their recti#cation

unit on their site of Starogard had already been

concluded.

Already a leader in Poland for the supply of alcohol

recti#cation facilities for the manufacture of vodkas,

Maguin continues its activity by proposing to

improve the pro#tability of the factories of its

customers by supplying its propietary technologies

and innovative energy schemes ; while ensuring

a very high quality of production of alcohols and

co-products.
