FACES OF CFX

Evelyn works as an E‑PASS customer servicerepresentative. If youneed assistance with youraccount, please call (407) 823‑7277.

How long have youbeen with the E‑PASS

team?I've been with the team for 10 years. I started as atoll collector, transferred to the images departmentand now I'm in customer service helping driversresolve missed tolls.

What's the most common customer issue youdeal with at the call center?I receive a lot of calls from cash drivers who didn'trealize that they drove through the E‑PASS onlylanes. If you're paying with cash, make sure to stayto the right while driving through the toll plazas toavoid any unpaid toll notifications.

Remember: E‑PASS costs an average of 23% lessthan paying with cash!

E‑PASS FOR OSCEOLA COUNTYWe currently collect the tolls on Osceola Parkway.Beginning in spring 2016, we will also collect thetolls on the Osceola County ExpresswayAuthority's Poinciana Parkway. This new road willfeature All Electronic Tolling (AET), so there will notbe any cash plazas.

E‑PASS can help you save money on tolls and ourmini sticker is free for Osceola County residents (inaddition to Orange, Lake, Seminole, Volusia, Brevardand Polk). Get yours at www.CFXsolution.com.
